When I was burnt-out, I didn’t feel much of anything…except like crap. I remember striving to produce more in hopes of making my employer proud, so then I could feel proud too. But when I was recognized as doing well, I still didn’t feel proud. I didn’t know back then that MY thoughts are what create my feelings…not others’ thoughts about me.
In today’s 100th episode, we are celebrating and I am telling you what I am proud of. I will also walk you through some exercises to feel more proud of yourself too. (HINT: it’s not how much you achieve or what you achieve that makes you feel proud!)
