Many high achievers self-identify as perfectionists. We often learn from an early age that achieving is “good” and that we are good at it. However, when it comes to perfectionism, there are beliefs we have about it that aren’t actually true. Today I am talking about the Fallacy of Perfectionism. By examining the 3 parts of this Fallacy, we can start to evaluate whether our perfectionist thoughts are limiting us in certain areas of our life.
