Sometimes when we are learning mindfulness and coaching work, we try to swap out thoughts so we don't feel negatively anymore. Or we may judge ourselves for feeling negatively in the first place and try to skip to a new thought.
The problem with this is, it invalidates our true feelings and leads to more shame and self-judgement. And it is in-authentic.
Today, I am going to walk you through an exercise that teaches you how to meet yourself where you are, no matter what you are feeling.
Your feelings are real and you deserve to feel the way that you feel!
