Burnout can feel like you are stuck on a hamster wheel–running and running, exhausted, but getting no where. Often, this is related to the questions we ask ourselves. 

When we ask our brain a question, it’s job is to find potential answers. So if we ask negative, Dead End Questions, we get negative, dead end answers…and a negative, dead end mindset.
