- You want to be able to enjoy the downtime you have, without worrying about work
- You’ve already changed jobs and still find yourself feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and dissatisfied with work

Feel less frustrated
With the stressors we face daily, we can end up in Survival Mode (Fight/Flight). This leads to feeling frustrated, anxious, and overwhelmed. When we are in Survival Mode chronically, it leads to Burnout.
In the HGG, we teach you:
✔ Techniques to recognize and get out of Survival Mode quickly
✔ How to handle work stress more effectively, so you can stay out of Survival Mode
✔ How to find your inner Happy Gynecolgoist again

Stop Overworking
Medicine trains us to overwork.
In The HGG, we help you:
✔ Learn to say "Yes" to yourself and "No" to overworking
Turn work drama into a non-issue
Reassess your work/life balance
Make your dream job a reality (even at your current job!)

Re-train Your Brain
Medicine has taught us unhelpful things.
In the Happy Gynecologist Group, we rewire our brains to learn:
✔ What a Good Doctor actually is (HINT: it's not what you were taught!)
✔ How to not beat yourself up when things aren't perfect
✔ A better way to move through bad outcomes, complications and tough situations
✔ How to actually enjoy your downtime

Why I Got Coached
I did not know I was burnt out prior to listening to the podcast, thought maybe I was depressed. Made so many positive changes with podcast only, wanted to accelerate & elevate that experience to feel better faster.
By an OB/GYN and specifically for OB/GYN's
I was drawn to The Happy Gynecologist Group because it is ran by an OB/GYN, for OBGYNs--and not just another specialty or someone who quit medicine.
Feeling Whole Again
"I am finally starting to feel whole and grounded after residency and so many years of driving myself into the ground."
Every OB/GYN Needs This
"I cannot begin to describe how this program has pulled me out of burn out!"
A Coach that Walks the Walk
"It has been SO amazingly helpful to have a coach that understands the life of an OB/GYN! She really gets it, because she lives it too!"
Life Changing
"My charts are closed. My results are done. My messages are answered. I'm more calm when running behind. My interactions with staff cause me less anxiety. There’s so much less drama around these things and that feels so good."
SO worth it!
"She. Just. Gets. It. She knows all the ways burn out can affect an OB/Gyn AND how to stop it for good!"

FAQ's
Oh Friend ♥
This is a common worry, but I want you to know that you are NOT broken or “unfixable.”
In fact, you are amazing, as you are. But if you are ready to take charge of how you feel and how you approach each day, then I can help you make those changes for yourself.
There is also no risk—if at the end, you’ve gotten coached, came to the calls, and did the work and feel “it didn’t work for me” then I will refund your money.
I’ve designed this program to be flexible for your life as a busy OB/GYN.
You get to choose which parts of the program work best for you and show up for those.
You might prioritize the coaching calls, or you may decide to work through the monthly modules and workbook and listen the to replays of coaching calls.
And if you need guidance on how to prioritize or use your time better, bring it to a coaching call so I can guide you through it!
Here’s the other thing, we will always make time for what’s important to us. So how can you prioritize YOU?
I get it – it can be hard to spend this kind of money on yourself.
There’s always a reason to put the money somewhere else.
It’s easy to feel guilty about prioritizing yourself with your dollars.
But when we get hung up on the price of something, it’s usually because we’re focusing on the wrong side of the equation.
We’re thinking about what it costs – what we lose by letting that money go.
Instead, I like to explore what I gain in value.
Take a moment to consider what the investment will create in your life:
- Balance at work and home.
- Less overwhelm and stress.
- More self-confidence, self-compassion and peace.
- Charts and EMR tasks are no longer an issue.
- Improved relationships at home and at work.
- Enjoying your professional life more.
- The confidence to practice medicine on your own terms.
- New goals that you are excited to achieve.
When you invest in yourself, you tell yourself “I am Worthy and Important.”
And you Friend, are BOTH.
Investing money in your personal growth results in value across the spectrum of your entire life.
The money I have spent on coaching and developing my thinking over the years has produced results (including a return on the financial investment) greater than I could have ever imagined.
It’s become a no-brainer for me to continue to place a high priority on my mental and personal growth. When I invest there, the ripple effects in every area of my life are clear.
You deserve to be at the top of your priority list for once.
No problem!
Some docs join us from the call room or in between deliveries.
Some get called to a section in the middle and have to run.
If you aren’t there, no one else will know, and I will just assume OB/GYN life happened-no biggie!
There’s no judgment or beating yourself up allowed. Everyone that shows up for themselves gets an A+, Gold Star and graduates with honors. And how you show up for yourself is up to you.
The calls are also all recorded and posted to the website in case you want to watch later.
The calls vary. They are usually in the evenings, but there are some at lunch or on weekends occasionally.
What I have found is that there is no “good” time for our brains usually. There is no perfect answer. Our brains will usually balk no matter when they are scheduled.
Be sure to watch out for your brain saying “That won’t work for me.” When we allow our brains to think that way, we close it off from finding any solutions.
You should definitely pay a therapist if you think you need one! I encourage it. I even have many clients that have a therapist while they are getting coached.
A therapist and a life coach differ, much like a doctor and a golf coach differ. (I should know because I am married to a golf coach!)
You need a doctor to ensure you have good baseline health to play golf, or the coach won’t be able to help you. If you have a problem with your shoulder that is needing attention, your golf game will go nowhere until you get the help you need to feel better.
On the other hand, your doctor won’t likely be able to help you with learning new golf techniques, finding the right equipment for you, making a game plan, setting goals, or helping you move forward after a loss or set back.
Coaching has been around for decades within the business/corporate communities and is relatively new to medicine. However, it has been shown to be beneficial in multiple studies now and is definitely an Evidence Based Practice.

The answer is YES!
After you place a $1000, non-refundable deposit to save your spot, you will be asked if you would rather pay the remaining enrollment as one payment of $4000 or 6 monthly payments of $675 ($4050 total)
Sometimes this makes it easier for credit card planning purposes!
Yes, burnout is burnout.
If you work on your burnout, it will improve everywhere.
The work we do can be applied to all aspects of life.
And we don’t just talk jobs: we talk relationships and feelings and hobbies and sleep and processing stress and being the Doc/Mom/Person we strive to be.
I always say it’s like the difference between didactics (listening and learning) and learning in the OR hands-on, from a mentor that is there guiding you.
You can get A LOT out of didactics (the podcast), especially if you are applying it to what you do in the OR.
But hands-on teaching, in real-time, with a mentor guiding you—that’s where you make really make strides!
You can. Most people don’t, but you can change your name on Zoom to “anonymous” and leave your video off if you’d like to remain anonymous.
But, I want you to consider why that is important to you though. There is often so much shame in asking for help as a Doc. In the Happy Gynecologist Group, I don’t ever want someone to feel ashamed to ask for help.
This is one of those things that medicine has taught us–that it is shameful to be struggling.
Coaching calls are a SAFE SPACE to vent, cry, be angry, rant…all the things…without judgement.
We want to pull back the blanket of shame that covers medicine by standing up and saying “I am a doctor and I am a human too.”
And sometimes doctors need help too.
No problem.
While everything in the program is secure and password protected, if you would like coaching on a sensitive topic, all you have to say is that you are involved in a law suit.
I don’t need any details other than what you are thinking and feeling in response to the lawsuit to coach you.
Similarly, if you have an unexpected outcome, we can discuss the details or not. It’s up to you.
We can always talk about hypothetical examples and how your brain tends to respond in those situations or with minimal details.
We do not have to discuss details to make great strides forward in way that is loving for yourself.
It’s a few hours per month. That’s it.
But when you make yourself a priority, this work becomes important.
And we as humans make time for what is important to us.
There is also a whole bonus module over creating time, if that is something you’d like to create more of.
When you manage your mind, you are able to manage your time much easier because you waste much less time doing things that don’t serve you.
